Anhydrous patches granting a gradual and controlled release of cosmetic or medical substances, or having a mechanical barrier action providing protection and occlusion. The products materials (supporting layers, adhesives, cosmetic or medical ingredients) are specifically chosen for the target application, in order to reach the maximum bio-availability, when a dermal or transdermal release of functional substances is desired, and an optimized action when a mechanical effect is requested. Adhesives are chosen basing on their bio-compatibility and suitability for cutaneous application.
